Diplomas and Covers
During the Commencement ceremony, President Davis will present graduates with covers for their diplomas when they walk across the stage. Six to eight weeks after the Records Office confirms that all degree requirements have been met, diplomas will be mailed to students at the addresses provided on their graduation applications. Please contact the Records Office at [email protected] or 618-664-7025 if there are any questions about diplomas.

Please note: An unpaid balance with Greenville University will result in the Student Accounts Office placing a hold on your Greenville University diploma. The office will lift the hold once the balance has been cleared. If you have questions concerning the status of your account, contact the Student Accounts Office at 618-664-7013. Once an outstanding balance has been paid, you must notify the Records Office to remove the hold from your diploma and process your order.
