GREENVILLE, Ill. -- The women's basketball team squared off with Hannibal-LaGrange Tuesday night and came out on the wrong end of 69-47 final score. Freshman Jamie Schollenbruch paced Greenville's scoring attack with 11 points.

The game was never really in doubt as HLG jumped out to a quick double digit advantage that saw a 17-point 38-21 deficit facing Greenville at halftime.

Greenville played better in the second half, posting a five-point deficit in the second stanza.

In addition to Schollenbruch's 11-point performance, senior Ieisha Adams tallied 10 points and led Greenville with four assists.

Kayla Hyde was the top rebound in the game with nine boards. Schollenbruch and Coley Baker collected two steals.

The loss dropped Greenville's overall record to 5-2. They return to action Friday at 4 p.m. against St. Mary-of-the-Woods.
