Women's volleyball runs conference mark to 11-0

MT. PLEASANT, Iowa The womens volleyball team continues to cruise through conference competition. The Lady Panthers picked up two straight set wins as they traveled to Iowa Wesleyan to face the host and MacMurray.

Greenville had 14 kills per set as they earned a 25-16, 25-13, 25-22 win against Iowa Wesleyan in the first match.

Hannah Baker was the high person in kills as she recorded nine. Kirsten Laune produced 22 assists.

On the defensive end, Jamie Schollenbruch obtained 14 digs, and Allyson Mitchell had seven solo blocks.

In the second match of the day Greenville defeated MacMurray 25-22, 25-13, 25-11.

Mitchell gave the Lady Panthers 10 kills, five service aces, and two block assists.

Laune passed out 31 assists, and Schollenbruch added 18 more digs.

The Lady Panthers (15-6, 11-0 SLIAC) travel to Westminster for a match Tuesday.
