Women's Cross Country places seventh at Bradley

Results

PEORIA, Ill. -- The women's cross country team got a 14th place performance from junior Molly Works as they earned sixth place at the Bradley Classic.

Works completed the course in 24:11.

Following Works were a host of Lady Panthers who finished from 26th to 42nd.

Brooke Goodyear was 26th in the race with a time of 24:50.

Jordie File placed 34th with a 25:17.

Krissy Finley and Rachel Johnson finished back-to-back, taking 41st and 42nd places with times of 25:35 and 25:39, respectively.

The Lady Panthers compiled a team score of 157 and defeated Wisconsin-Milwaukee in the tiebreaker.

Greenville next competes on Saturday, Oct. 25, in the Panther 5k. Their conference championship meet occurs on Saturday, Nov. 1.
