Women's basketball dropped by Iowa Wesleyan

GREENVILLE, Ill. -- The women's basketball team suffered a 72-63 loss to conference foe Iowa Wesleyan. Laura Goodnight led Greenville with 17 points, two steals, and two blocked shots.
Both teams made 20 field goals in the game, but Iowa Wesleyan made 10 three-pointers to Greenville's six. The Tigers also held a 22-17 advantage in made free throws.
Miranda Murray came off the bench to total 10 points and two steals.
Iowa Wesleyan led 33-28 at halftime.
The Lady Panthers (7-9, 4-6 SLIAC) travel to Blackburn for a game on Wednesday night.
