Volleyball Wins Another

ELSAH, Ill. -- On a date that saw their head coach reach a coaching milestone of 200 wins, the volleyball team swept Principia in three sets.

The Panthers took the first set 25-20 and were pushed in the second and third sets to two-point set wins.

Corinne Coon put down a team-high 16 kills in the effort.

Jamie Schollenbruch was the defensive leader with 28 digs.

Sierah Ruffner produced a well-rounded nine kills, two solo blocks, and five block assist outing.

The Panthers (13-3, 7-0 SLIAC) host Blackburn and nationally ranked Washington - St. Louis on Tuesday night with the first match beginning at 6 p.m. against Blackburn followed by the contest with Washington at 8 p.m.
