Volleyball sweeps Fontbonne and Iowa Wesleyan

ST. LOUIS, Mo. The volleyball team kept their perfect conference record in tact as they took three-set wins over Fontbonne and Iowa Wesleyan on Saturday.

In Saturdays first match, the Lady Panthers rolled to a 25-17, 25-18, 25-17 win over Fontbonne.

Nicole Schaeffer had 13 kills as she contributed to 13 points. She also had 19 digs.

Allyson Mitchell produced 10 points with eight kills, two service aces, and an assisted block.

Ellen Lueking had 41 assists.

Jamie Schollenbruch provided 21 digs, and Savannah Sells tallied four block assists.

In the days second match, Greenville took a 26-24, 25-15, 25-15 victory against Iowa Wesleyan.

Schaeffer had 13 kills to lead the Lady Panther offensive attack.

Lueking provided 41 assists.

Schollenbruch led Greenvilles defense with 17 digs.

The Lady Panthers (15-5, 10-0 SLIAC) travel to Rose-Hulman on Monday.
