GRINNELL, Iowa – The volleyball team completed the weekend’s season-opening tournament with a three-set loss to Nebraska Wesleyan in their final match.

Savannah Sells led Greenville with nine kills while Jamie Schollenbruch tallied 11 digs.

Junior setter Ellen Lueking was named to the all-tournament team following the match. Lueking tallied 122 assists in 14 sets over the weekend as the Panthers smashed 149 kills.

"Ellen is crucial for us to have on the floor," said head coach Tom Ackerman.  "She is an excellent leader and an excellent setter.  She often puts us in a very good position to score."

The Panthers (1-3) return to action Tuesday when they host Benedictine – Springfield at 7 p.m.
