Tennis Ladies Lose Principia Heartbreaker at Home

Despite an impressive effort by the Greenville Women, they fell to conference rival Principia with a final score of 3-6.
In singles play, GC lost 1-5, but showed their strong work ethic and effort. No. 4 spot player, Krsiten Lynch, got the lone singles win for Greenville with a score of 6-3, 6-4. Lynch continued her winning ways as she joined doubles partner, Chelsie Evans to play for the No. 3 victory. The duo pulled out an impressive 8-5 victory over their opponents. No. 2 pair, Krsitin and Kim Minshall, also won their doubles match with a score of 8-3.
Even with the two doubles wins, Greenville could not come back and were defeated in the conference match. The team's record is now 4-8 (3-2 SLIAC). The ladies play again tomorrow at Missouri Baptist and hope to bring home a win.
