Men’s Basketball Back on Track With 60-55 Victory Over Eureka

EUREKA, Ill. The men's basketball teamended their four-game slide Monday night in Eureka, as they edged pastEureka60-55. Obinna Agomo led Greenville in the winning effort with 12 points and five rebounds.
Greenville rushed out to fast start in the first half, jumping to a 33-17 lead at intermission.
The Red Devils answered back, dropping 38 points in second half action and edged within three points of the Panthers. Greenville managed to sink 5-of-6free-throw attempts to hold off the surging Eureka squadand clinch the victory 60-55.
Other contributors for the Panthers included junior Markeith Brown, who netted ten points, and senior guard Jonas McBride who posted eight points and a game high eight rebounds.
