Men's Cross Country Takes Third at Bradley

PEORIA, Ill. -- The men's cross country team was led by the seventh place run of Bryant Simpson as they took third of 13 teams at the Bradley Pick Classic on Friday.
Simpson earned three points with his 26:23 run.
Josh Dees was 30 seconds behind Simpson as he finished 16th to collect eight points.
Ray Hingson and Ben Barber stuck together, completing the course just three seconds apart with times of 27:41 and 27:44, respectively. Hingson was 27th, gaining 14 points, and Barber placed 30th for 16 points.
Leo Smith-Butler was the final scoring Panther as he took 33rd place, gaining 17 points, and ran a 27:53 race.
The Panthers return to action on Saturday, Nov. 2, at the SLIAC championships in Hillsboro, Ill.
