FULTON, Mo. -- The men's basketball saw their conference tournament hopes impacted as they lost 75-60 at Westminster. Alex Mumphard posted a 14 point effort to lead Greenville.
Earlier this season, Greenville soundly defeated Westminster on Greenville's home court but the Blue Jays came out with revenge on their minds as they led 40-30 at halftime.
The loss put the Panthers 1 1/2 games behind Westminster for the fourth and final conference tournament spot.
Ron Harris produced a season-high 15 rebounds in the game, and Nick Trisko came off the bench for 11 points and seven rebounds.
Tim Daniel had three assists, and Brian Ehresman swiped two steals.
The Panthers (11-8, 7-5 SLIAC) travel to Blackburn on Saturday for a game at 3 p.m.
