Greenville College drops tough one to Washington College, 17-16

WINTER HAVEN, Fla. -- Greenville College gave way to a Washington College walk-off single in the ninth inning, dropping a heartbreaker, 17-16, Saturday at Florida.

With Washington trailing by one, Garrett Richardello came to the plate and singled, bringing home Bryan Baguer.

Tim Osbourne racked up three RBIs on two hits for Greenville College . He singled in the first inning and tripled in the fourth inning.

Hawkins DuBois got the win for Washington. He tossed two-thirds of an inning of shutout ball. DuBois struck out none, walked none and gave up no hits.

Washington pounded Greenville College pitching, as six hitters combined for 16 hits, 13 RBIs and 13 runs scored.
