he SLIAC has announced freshman Nate Wieland as it's men's tennis player of the week. Wieland, a freshman from Mascoutah, Ill., had a busy and impressive week. Wieland won eight of ten total matches, going 4-1 in both singles and doubles.

As an evening fog rolled in off of the Atlantic Ocean at the end of another sun splashed day on Hilton Head Island, the men’s tennis team defeated North Central 8-1 to complete the men's tennis team's first perfect Spring Break trip since 1995.

The women's track and field team opened their outdoor season with a third place showing at Washington - St. Louis on Friday. Greenville sent six women to meet and were led by Chelsea Gilles' championships in the 200 and 400 meter dashes.
