The men’s cross country team opened its season Friday with a seventh place showing at Olivet Nazarene. Greenville accrued 208 points. Greenville’s top runner was freshman Andrew Sharp (26th, 26:38) on the eight kilometer course.

The women’s cross country team competed in its first meet of the 2014 season Friday and placed sixth of the 14 participating teams. Greenville was led by junior Molly Works 24th place finish (19:43) on the five kilometer course.
