Total Package of Dedication, Professionalism and More

Progressive Grocer’s Top Women in Grocery Awards program is the retail food industry’s premier women’s leadership recognition platform. Now in its tenth year, Top Women in Grocery honors outstanding female leaders within the retailer and supplier communities in three sectors: Senior-Level Executives, Rising Stars and Store Managers.

Criteria for selection include a “total package” of dedication, professionalism, creativity, resourcefulness, assertiveness, inspiration to others, generosity with their time and passion for what they do. Awardees routinely go above and beyond expectations “both at work and in the wider world of her industry peers and community.”Nicole Crites
