Please call the dining service office (618-664-7147) to make reservations as soon as you start planning an event. The rooms here are used frequently, and we want to be able to accommodate you. Physical Room Set-Up:
Dining Commons and Krober Room: Please arrange for tables, chairs, registration tables, and other room set-up requirements with the Dining Service when you schedule you event.
All Other Locations: Please make arrangements with the maintenance department at 664-6736.
Prices quoted in this guide are for events in the Armington Center. All deliveries to other locations will be billed a delivery charge based on the particular function.
A variety of tablecloth and napkin colors are available for rental. Due to limited quantities of skirting, we may not always be able to accommodate requests for skirted tables.
Guarantee Number of Guests:
The guarantee is the number of people that will be attending your event. We must obtain a guaranteed number of attendance for functions by noon, 48 hours prior to your event. You will be billed for the guaranteed number of guests or actual number of guests served, whichever is greater. We will be prepared to serve 5% more than you guarantee.
In the event your catered function is canceled, please notify us as soon as possible. We require at least a 48 hours notice or there will be a charge based on expenses incurred on your behalf.
Removal of food:
Due to Board of Health regulations and the nature of catering services, any food not consumed may not be removed from the serving location. All deliveries are for immediate consumption and we assume no responsibility for handling.
