Chicken with Apricot Glaze

A boneless breast of chicken baked in an apricot glaze served with wild rice.

Turkey & Snow Pea Stir Fry

Tender sautéed turkey, carrots, snow peas served over a bed of rice.

Beef Stroganoff

Tender beef tips and fresh mushrooms in a sour cream sauce served in a nest of egg noodles.

Roast Pork

A mouth watering pork roast cooked to perfection served with applesauce dressing, whole baby potatoes, and fresh glazed carrots.

Alfredo Chicken Breast

A boneless breast of chicken topped with a delightful Alfredo sauce and a char-boiled boneless chicken breast. Served with seasonal vegetable and garlic bread. (Vegetarian option available.)
