Salads and Such:

Grilled Chicken Salad

Marinated grilled chicken breast served atop Romaine greens tossed delicately with Caesar dressing, Parmesan and croutons.

Fajita Chicken Salad

Grilled marinated strips of chicken breast on a bed of crisp greens and topped with cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, scallions, and garnished with olives. Served with salsa, sour cream, and tortilla chips.

Chef Salad

Mixed greens topped with julienne Turkey and Ham, Cheddar Cheese, Chopped Egg, and Tomato wedges.

All the above include fresh baked dinner rolls, breadsticks, or hard rolls and beverage and dessert.
