You are invited to attend a lunch with Leroy Barber from 11:30-12:30PM in the Krober Room (down the hall from the Dining Commons). Patrick Miller, GC's Associate Dean for Leadership and Life Calling, will ask Mr. Barber to share how his work expresses his life calling, the challenges he has faced in living out his calling and why you, with your major and your future plans, should live in the city for a year.
Please pick up your lunch in the DC and bring it to the Krober Room. Faculty and students who are not on the meal plan may sign in at the register. If you plan to attend, please RSVP to Patrick Miller at patrick.miller@greenville.edu.
More information on Leroy Barber:
Leroy Barber is the president of Mission Year, a yearlong program that calls 18-29 year-olds to intentional Christian community, radical discipleship, and social justice in the urban context.
This event is free and open to GC faculty, staff, and current students.
