Senate's biweekly meeting. All meetings are open to the GC student body and students are encouraged to attend.
The student Senate is the legislative branch of the Greenville College Student Association (GCSA) and consists of students from each residence hall, the president and senator from each class, and from the student body at large. Senate represents the student body and makes recommendations to the faculty and administration. The Senate also oversees the funds allocated to GCSA and provides additional funds to campus organizations that have a need.
For more information on the student Senate or student government in general, refer to the Student Handbook, page 57.
If you have questions about student senate, please contact student Maria Rodriguez, president of the Greenville College Student Association, at maria.rodriguez@panthers.greenville.edu.
