GREENVILLE, Ill. - The men's basketball team dominated their opening game of the new year against Concordia (MO) from start to finish, ending with a final score of 117-71.
Greenville shot well in the game, making 68% in the first half and 63% from the field for the game.
Greenville was led by Markeith Brown with 20 points followed closely by Dondrale Campell with 19 points in only 12 minutes on the floor. Simon Martin also had a big game as he recorded a double-double with 16 points and a team high 14 rebounds.
Joe Redmond and K.J. Hilliard led the team with six assists each, and Brown finished the night with the team high four steals.
The Panthers (4-5) will be back in action at home Saturday against Blackburn at 3 p.m.
