A second half goal gave the Greenville College women's soccer team its second win of the season last weekend in Ohio.
Friday evening the Lady Panthers scored what proved to be the game-winning goal with 25 minutes remaining in their game against Defiance in the tournament hosted by the school of the same name.
The following day, the Lady Panthers suffered their first loss of the season as Alma earned a 2-0 win to take the Defiance Tournament championship.
Alma's Taryn Handyside scored a goal in each half - one in the 30th minute, another in the 68th - to drop the Lady Panthers to 2-1 on the season.
