Softball Sweeps Rose-Hulman in 26th and 27th Wins

The historic season of the Greenville softball team continued Tuesday as it picked up a key doubleheader sweep over Rose-Hulman. The women were led by the performance of senior Ashley Woodrome as she hurled two complete game victories. The Lady Panthers won the first 2-1 and the second game 1-0.

Greenville College has accepted the resignations of senior women’s administrator and head softball coach Jamie Thanepohn and assistant softball coach Jenny Dowsey. Both stepped away from their positions for personal reasons. Assistant coach John Barnes has been promoted to interim head coach and will lead the Lady Panther softball squad for the remainder of the season.
