International students who have demonstrated English proficiency may enroll in undergraduate study at Greenville College. Follow the procedures below to apply for undergraduate courses. The University Pathways program requires a separate application process for students who wish to improve their English skills before enrolling in college courses.

Application Process for Undergraduate Study

  • Complete the online application for admission.

  • Send sealed, official transcripts from your high school/secondary school as well as transcripts for all college or post-secondary classes.

  • Send official records of one of the following tests: TOEFL, IELTS, ACT or SAT, or ELS 109 at an approved language center.

  • Submit the completed Declaration of Financial Support along with supporting bank statements and sponsor’s information. (This will be provided once we receive your application.)

Once the international admissions counselor has received all of this information, she or he will review your file and communicate your admissions status.

After Acceptance

  • Once you have been notified of your acceptance to Greenville College, you will be provided with an acceptance letter.

  • You will be asked to provide a 2,000 USD deposit to secure your place at Greenville College, and this money will be applied to your tuition bill once you have arrived on campus. The deposit is payable by cash, check, credit card or money order.

Money transfer information:

When transferring money, please make sure you attach the student’s name to ensure the money gets applied to the correct account. Depending on the way the money is transferred, there could be additional bank fees that Greenville College will apply to the student’s account.

  • Please email your admissions counselor a picture of yourself to be uploaded and used for your Greenville College identification card.

After Deposit

  • Once we receive your deposit, the International Admissions Counselor will issue you an I-20 for you to schedule an appointment with the U.S. Embassy to apply for a visa.

  • You will also need to pay your SEVIS fee before this appointment.

  • Once you have received your visa, please inform your admissions counselor. You will work with admissions to determine exact arrival dates and times so we can pick you up from the airport
