Sociology Minor

Sociology Minor Overview

Sociology lays a solid foundation for specialized study in other related fields such as psychology, economics, education, history, and the many areas of business. Professors make course work relevant to your daily life. Classroom knowledge is integrated with your practical learning through actual research, presentation of your papers at sociology gatherings and through experiences in the community.

The Sociology minor requires 18 credit hours, 8 of which must be upper division credits. Sociology 101 is required.
