Doug Faulkner is in his 11th year as director of athletics at Greenville College. He also serves as an assistant professor of health, physical education, and recreation as well as an assistant women's basketball coach. Now in his 22nd year at Greenville College, Faulkner previously coached men's and women's basketball as an assistant men's basketball coach, head women's basketball coach, and head men's basketball coach. He graduated from Greenville College in 1986 before earning master's degrees at Bethel College and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. He completed a doctorate at Saint Louis University in 2005.
