Job Description:

Greenville College is looking for an Assistant Coach for the men’s and women’s cross country and track and field teams. This is a full-time, 12 month position (with benefits including insurance and retirement)  and assists with the coaching and administrative duties of the men’s and women’s cross country and track and field programs.  

Greenville College is an NCAA DIII Christian Liberal Arts College located in Greenville, IL.  All applicants should be Jesus followers and will need to provide a statement of faith as part of the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities include: designing and implementing training programs and practice regimens for long, triple and high jump athletes; evaluating and recruiting prospective cross country and track and field student-athletes; monitoring the academic performance of certain track and field student-athletes as assigned by the head track and field/cross country coach; and performing other duties as assigned.
